Description

Join a global network architecture team with a focus on IPv6 design and deployment.

Lead the organization's first IPv6 proof of concept and its integration into the production environment.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a successful rollout.

Provide expertise on IPv6 across enterprise and cloud environments.

Develop documentation and training materials for team readiness.

Stay updated on IPv6 standards and industry trends.

Mentor other engineers and advise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and implement the first IPv6 proof of concept into production.

Define and document IPv6 addressing strategies and transition techniques.

Work with cross-functional teams to validate IPv6 design decisions.

Configure, test, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for IPv6 functionality.

Ensure IPv6 solutions meet performance and security requirements.

Qualifications

5-6 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on routing / switching.

Proven experience in IPv6 design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of routing protocols and IPv6 transition technologies.

Experience with public cloud networking, including IPv6 services.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight.
