As the Head Of Brand Experience, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all on-track and off-track brand experiences. This includes hospitality, fan engagement, sponsor activations, live events, and digital extensions that strengthen brand affinity and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with operational precision and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Lead the design and execution of race weekend hospitality programs, paddock experiences, and VIP events
Manage trackside branding, fan zones, and experiential activations in collaboration with F1 and circuit partners
Ensure consistent and premium brand representation across all live touchpoints
Coordinate logistics, staffing, and guest relations for race weekend experiences
Oversee creative production for pop-ups, exhibitions, and experiential marketing campaigns
Maintain visual and experiential consistency across all platforms and events
Partner with sponsors to co-create unique brand activations aligned with partnership objectives
Manage agency relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure flawless delivery
Translate brand strategy into tangible experiences that deepen engagement with fans, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze event performance and report ROI, audience reach, and engagement metrics
