Required Qualifications

4+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or program management

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or product management certification preferred

Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery

Highly organized, adaptable, and execution-oriented

Startup or growth-stage company experience preferred
