As a Patient Care Technician, under the guidance of a Nurse Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient care through essential direct and indirect activities. You will contribute to a safe and efficient care environment while performing selected interventions as part of a dynamic care team focused on delivering a positive patient experience.

In this high-energy role, you will thrive in a busy work environment, balancing multiple priorities while adapting to flexible scheduling needs.

Qualifications

Required Skills :

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided on-site.
• Completion of the PCT-specific Hartford HealthCare orientation program.
• Certification as a BLS Provider from the American Heart Association (AHA) must be obtained within 2 months (60 days) of employment or transfer date.
