Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plansServe as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and assist employees with plan information and enrollmentManage open enrollment processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in benefits systemsCoordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve benefits issues and maintain complianceStay current with federal, state, and local benefits regulations and ensure organizational adherencePrepare reports and maintain accurate records of employee benefit data and changesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExcellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detailCommitment to providing exceptional employee service and maintaining confidentiality#LI-TM7
