About the Role
As a Client Success Associate, you'll be on the front lines with our customers. Your mission will be to implement, train, and ensure the successful use of our contractor sales platform tailored to each client's specific needs. You'll work closely with the Sales Team and directly with contractors to help them meet their goals through a customized and efficient experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others, are comfortable with technology, and excel at customer service.
Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the SaaS platform and implement it according to each customer's needs.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and goals.
- Cross-train to successfully support all aspects of the customer lifecycle.
- Manage a portfolio of potential customers through proactive calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
- Follow established processes for onboarding and other key customer success workflows.
- Deliver product training with enthusiasm and technical proficiency.
- Manage time and projects effectively using tools such as CRM and project management systems.
Requirements
3+ years of customer service experience. Project management or account management experience is a plus.Experience working with small to medium and large-sized businesses, preferably in the residential or commercial contracting sector.High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including impactful presentations.Proven ability to maintain an active customer pipeline and exceed performance goals.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a startup environment with strategic thinking and strong follow-through.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Suite.Comfortable engaging with various audiences, including C-level executives, in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Benefits
