This Senior Site / Civil Project Engineer position is ideal for a PE-licensed Civil Engineer who thrives on managing the full project lifecycle. Youll oversee land development projects across residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use markets guiding everything from concept to construction.

What Youll Do :

• Lead land development and site / civil design projects across New York.
• Manage grading, drainage, stormwater management, and permitting.
• Deliver hydrologic / hydraulic analyses and SWPPPs.
• Coordinate geotechnical and environmental design inputs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support client growth strategies.
