Vice President, Product Management
Diligent is seeking an exceptional VP of Product to lead our core product experience of our flagship Boards platform serving Fortune 500 companies globally. You will own product experience & strategy for our core solution, leading 8+ PMs and managers while driving AI innovation, product-led growth and customer expansion across our enterprise portfolio.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute product strategy driving company-level ARR growth, retention, and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional roadmap development balancing innovation with operational excellence
- Partner with C-suite to align product strategy with business objectives and competitive positioning

10+ years of experience developing and executing product strategies, including a proven track record of crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies and driving revenue growthExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling wayAbility to excel in a dynamic environment and balance multiple prioritiesStrong creative, problem solving, and strategic thinking abilitiesDemonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to drive results on-time, with high qualityExperience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and strategic planning processesExceptional critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skillsProven experience leading and managing teamsPrevious experience with our target personas (general council, corporate secretary, legal ops, CFO and internal audit) and / or experience in the governance or entity management industries strongly preferredU.S pay range
