What You'll Do

In this position, you'll play a key role in helping families protect what matters most. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person appointments with members who have requested benefit consultations
  • Explaining available coverage options and guiding families toward the plans that best meet their needs
  • Building trust-based relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing all necessary documentation
  • Participating in ongoing professional and leadership development programs
  • Collaborating with a supportive team that values integrity, growth, and results
