End Date : March 6, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Shift : Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1910 - $1960

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience

Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (active status)

NIH Stroke Scale certification (must obtain prior to start)

Epic EMR experience required

One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med / Surg Telemetry

Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Ability to work at least every other holiday during the contract

Med / Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a busy Med / Surg Telemetry unit

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning

Participate in unit-based assessments and ongoing professional development
