Policy Action Officer

Provide oversight, management, and support to a broad spectrum of complex sensitive programs and activities in Special Operations. Assist with planning, directing, and coordinating the development of policies related to sensitive activities and support for issues that require short notice information and decision support requirements for senior leaders. Gather, synthesize, review and prepare background information and read ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence and intelligence related policy, program, and activity support to special operations. Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of sensitive activities and special operations.

Basic Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience working with Special Operations or Clandestine Operations
• 5+ years of experience assisting in the development of policy and providing recommendations regarding sensitive special operations
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications :

Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
