ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Senior Principal Process Engineer is responsible for leading manufacturing process design, scale-up, and optimization. The role provides strategic technical direction, mentorship of process engineers, and leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Core Competencies

The minimum annual salary for this position is $180,000, and the maximum is $200,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City will differ. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary performance based annual cash bonus and to participate in our company's equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
