Exchange Consultant - AutoPark Honda

At AutoPark Honda , we are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Exchange Consultant to join our team!

Job Duties :

• Oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork.
• Greets customer on service drive and performs a needs analysis including service needs and history, and opportunity / desire for potential trade.
• Assesses customer’s desire to trade in their current vehicle, for an inventory vehicle, including make, type, and features of vehicle.
• Explains features / benefits and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
• Works with Sales Managers and F&I and negotiates sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount / rebates.
• Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory.
• Completes all paperwork and arranges for detail and delivery of vehicle.
• Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.
• Maximizes the customer experience.
• Assist Sales Manager with customer problems.
• Attends / completes required training and department meetings.
