AI Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to build and deploy intelligent, real-time solutions for clients using platforms like Cresta and Kore.ai.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, develop, and deploy AI solutions using no-code / low-code platforms

Integrate AI tools with client environments, including CRMs and contact centers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions

Required Qualifications :

Hands-on experience with Cresta and / or Kore.ai for AI solutions

Understanding of system integrations using APIs and webhooks

Any Kore.ai and / or Cresta certifications are preferred

Experience in sales, pre-sales, or demo configuration is a plus
