BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Success On The Spectrum Castle Rock is a dynamic team of professionals, servicing the local autism community. Our teams include BCBAs, Interns, Trainers, RBTs, and BTs. We are a center that uses gentle, innovative play-based ABA therapy sessions, to make a difference in the life of one child, one day at a time. Our team is compassionate, creative, and has high character in all we do!

Qualifications :

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, or Special Education).
• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst / senior BCBA.
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist Status.
• Minimum 1-year experience as a BCBA.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with children with ASD and support for their families.
• Possess strong leadership skills including excellent communication, motivator, and self-starter.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• A passion to create change in a child's life.
• Ability to work with challenging behaviors.
