MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER ITALY

PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Marketing & Communication Manager will oversee the development and delivery of the brand online and offline marketing to drive brand awareness, desirability, and sales performance.

You will translate HQ strategic brand objectives into local brand plans for your market. This includes establishing a 360 marketing plan overseeing trade marketing, paid media, PR & influencers, events & sponsorships.

Responsibilities

MAIN MISSIONS

1- 360 Marketing Plans

• According to international Brand guidelines, develop a yearly marketing strategy that helps build the brand, reinforce the brand positioning, and drive traffic & engagement
• Define a yearly marketing plan covering : PR, Media, Events, Influencers & Sponsoring
• Lead and supervise the marketing team of 3 talents : Marketing 360 Project Manager, PR Project Manager & Intern
• Manage ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities across business channels - being sell-out and profitability driven
• Define and respect all yearly marketing budgets
• Be the link between the TAG Heuer HQ and the market to broadcast reporting, optimize plans, identify opportunities and push campaigns further
