Your work will involve analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity

As part of the TMT Commercial Strategy Analytics team, you lead the analysis and output for strategy and diligence projects, managing the team to uncover performance drivers and answer strategic questions. As a Manager, you guide teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff to achieve project success and maintain elevated standards. You collaborate with strategy and GTM specialists to develop insights and client recommendations, contributing to proposals and business development while leveraging your proficiency in analytics languages and tools.

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
