Unit Overview :
Become part of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you’ll work closely with patients undergoing :
- Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
- Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes

- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to support optimal outcomes
- Enhance patient experiences across the continuum of care

Key Responsibilities :
- Assess and respond to the patient's needs continuously
- Implement safety strategies and engage patients and families in their care
- Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- Active Registered Nurse license and BLS certification required
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred

Physical Requirements :
