Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service and quality products to all our guests during their visit to our bakery Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members Ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to food safety practices Manage cash handling and deposits At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role Point of Sale systems experience Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and results-driven Ability to lead by example and motivate others Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older to be employed

As a Shift Leader at our brand new Dover store located at 1265 N. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. It also means taking pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!
