About this Opportunity :
As a Trading Intern, you will be responsible for providing professional administrative and technical support for Orion. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
In this role, you'll get to :
Assist with new client database setups including Orion’s straight-thru processing mechanism platform Financial Information Exchange (FIX)
Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned
Assist with projects assigned by Manager
Assume other general administrative duties as assigned (faxing, scanning, copying, etc.)
Ensure forms, policies, systems and other information are kept current
Maintain files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
We're looking for talent who :
Provides quality customer service
Has ability to interact with other departments in the organization
Possess ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
Works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
Has minimum of a High School degree or GED
Is at least a current student in Junior or Senior standing working towards a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
Obtain Orion Industry Certification
Has minimum of 6 months of relevant administrative or customer service experience
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range : $13.37 - $18.27
