Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production tooling and peripheral equipment, including storage and during transitions to and from the production floor.
• Inspect and prepare tooling in advance of production runs to ensure functionality and readiness.
• Construct wear and make-ready plates and coordinate tooling repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of tool usage, inventory, and repair history to support traceability and efficient inventory management.
• Review production schedules, prepare tooling with at least one week lead time, and minimize machine setup times through proactive preparation.
• Collaborate daily with the Production Control Office and communicate with support teams and production staff regarding tooling revisions, repairs, or scheduling concerns.
• Perform all tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Hours

1st shift : 5 : 30am – 4 : 00pm, Monday through Thursday, Fridays as needed.
