Salary (DOE) : $115-150K + Bonus

Our client, a prestigious area financial services-related organization, is currently seeking a Director of Accounting (SEC). Excellent opportunity to transition out of Public Accounting into a team of well-established former public accounting professionals!

Responsibilities of the Director of SEC Reporting

Key player in supporting SEC readiness and ongoing reporting for SEC and other external reporting requirements.

Lead ongoing implementation and update of accounting standards.

Suggest and lead continuous improvement processes.

Work with internal and external auditors.

Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications of the Director SEC Reporting

CPA highly preferred

Public Accounting experience - working with investments clients.

7+ years' experience with SEC reporting.
