Framers - Carpentry / Construction Job Description

Advance Services in Grand Island is seeking dependable Framers to join our team. Framers will be responsible for constructing and assembling wood components used in building trusses and wall panels. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a team that builds high-quality structural products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other building materials according to specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, saws, and nail guns safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
