We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team, focusing on constructing and finishing concrete structures with precision. The role involves working with various tools and equipment, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities :

• Build, set, and align forms for duct banks and related concrete structures.
• Place, consolidate, and finish concrete to specified grades, textures, and tolerances.
• Install conduit and other embedded items within duct banks according to plans and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment effectively and safely.
• Strip, clean, and prepare formwork for reuse.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Collaborate closely with crew members, equipment operators, and supervisors to ensure timely and quality production.
• Monitor and maintain concrete curing conditions to meet structural requirements.

Work Environment :

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
