The Retirement Solutions Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retirement Plan Account (Administrator) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and service retirement plan accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and comply with regulatory requirements, building strong rapport with plan sponsors and brokers on complex and sensitive plan issues. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of retirement plan products and services.

What You Will Do

• Respond to plan sponsors' requests for information on a variety of issues, including ongoing requests for plan amendments, with consultative services.
• Obtain necessary information, determine feasibility of requests, and submit requests to the appropriate specialists for action.
• Interface with management and internal support groups to research issues and coordinate responses to plan sponsors, including trend analysis of issues and response times.
• Develop and recommend improvements to workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the collection, review and preparation of client information used for compliance testing and filings.
• Promote customer satisfaction through proactive and effective service delivery and ensure prompt and effective response to all plan sponsor inquiries.
