Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and maintaining IT hardware, software, and networks, along with contracted vendors, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Install, support, and manage the hardware / software / network components.
• Respond to and develop solutions for component failures and complex technical problems to deliver a sound and stable computing infrastructure.
• Assist with managing and maintaining the internal network, connectivity, and phone system.
• Provide staff training on IT policies, procedures, tips, tricks, and best practices.
