Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT-related hardware and software, collaborating with contracted vendors to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
• Oversee the installation, support, and management of hardware, software, and network components; respond to and develop solutions for technical issues to maintain a stable computing infrastructure.
• Manage the internal network, connectivity, and phone systems, and train staff on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Strategically oversee the bank''s technology infrastructure, IT operations, and IT security, ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance efficiency and security.
• Develop IT strategies, monitor system performance, ensure cybersecurity, manage hardware and software, conduct disaster recovery testing, and oversee IT vendors.
