Assistant Property Manager – South Tampa, FL
Richman Property Services, Inc. invites you to join our Luxury Signature Team as an Assistant Property Manager. We offer a competitive base salary, monthly lease / renewal bonuses, day-time schedules, and a growth environment.
Base Pay Range : $20.00 / hr – $24.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals.
- Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software.
- Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in / move-out processes.
- Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning.
- Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager.
- Collect rent, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Position Requirements
Education : Associate's degree or equivalent experience.Experience : 2–4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position; experience with luxury, Class-A communities and Yardi software is preferred.Skills & Certifications : Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi); strong communication, organizational, and analytical / problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws.Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus.Valid driver's license required.Benefits
