Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Materials Manager experienced in SAP to lead our materials management operations in Peachtree City GA with Signify.

In this role you will play a key role in optimizing inventory, streamlining procurement processes, and support the company's supply chain and production goals.

Develop and implement strategies for materials planning, procurement, and inventory control to meet production and operational requirements.

Management of the raw materials and new product introductions for 2 facilities Controls and 3D printing facility.

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, and delivery schedules.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP functionalities to align with business requirements.

Monitor supplier performance and address quality or delivery issues promptly.

Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, utilizing inventory management systems and forecasting tools.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure accurate material requirements planning & ensure business continuity

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for material planning efficiency.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in materials management, with SAP experience.

Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary : $66,500 - $97,570

Bonus Potential : 5%
