Job description

Job Title : Anesthesiology Physician -Surgical Intensivist

Location : Cleveland Clinic Florida - Weston, FL

Position Type : Full-Time

Cleveland Clinic Floridas Department of Anesthesiology at our Weston location is currently seeking a board-certified / eligible Anesthesiology Physician with advanced experience in

  • Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) care

Position Highlights :

  • Practice at a world-renowned academic medical center consistently ranked among the top hospitals in the nation
  • Join a collaborative, patient-centered team of highly trained anesthesiologists and intensivists
  • Care for patients after high-acuity procedures including orthotopic liver transplants and cardiac surgeries
  • Maintain OR skills by performing anesthetics, if interested
  • Opportunity to work in a quaternary referral center with a high volume of complex liver and cardiac cases
  • Engage in academic activities, including teaching of residents, and participation in research and quality improvement initiatives

    • Requirements :

  • MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
  • Fellowship training in :
  • Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU)
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
  • Current Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida
  • Call - Approx 13 shifts a month
