Electrical Construction Superintendent

Actalent is seeking to hire an Electrical Construction Superintendent, where you'll be at the heart of field operationsdriving excellence, mentoring future leaders, and shaping the success of high-impact projects across the country. What You'll Do

• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, coach teams, and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Provide hands-on training and remote guidance to elevate execution and foster continuous improvement.
• Partner with our Health and Safety Director to reinforce protocols and promote tools like SafetyNet.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize staffing, improve productivity, and implement lean construction methods.
• Assist in labor forecasting, resource-loaded scheduling, and short-term planning to keep projects on track.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between field teams, clients, and the Support Centerensuring seamless communication and support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $165000.00 - $175000.00 / yr.
