Our client, a leader in the renewable energy space is looking for a Director of ERP Transformation.
This exciting role combines strategic leadership with hands-on solution architecture to drive the company's digital transformation through an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation for Finance.
You'll be a key player in streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Here's what you'll do :
- Lead the team through the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Configure Oracle Cloud applications (Financials, Supply Chain, potentially CX) to meet business needs.
- Develop custom solutions like reports, integrations, and conversions.
- Manage the project team (internal and external resources) and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop a robust post-go-live support structure for the new system.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives.
We're looking for someone with :
- A bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, with expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Proven experience managing complex data conversions during platform migrations.
- 8-10 years of experience managing and motivating teams, including both direct reports and consultants.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and a passion for process improvement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading change initiatives.

- Experience in the renewable energy industry.
