WeMow Indy is looking for a Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team.   Part-Time to Full-Time Lawn Care Technician (W-2 Employee) Pay :

  • $15–$35 per hour (Performance-Based) Location : Indianapolis, IN Work Schedule Monday–Friday, ~9 : 00 AM to ~5 : 00 PM (weather dependent) Weekends off unless weather forces schedule changes   About Us : We’re a small but growing lawn care company currently made up of a dedicated two-person team.

  • As our customer base continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to join our team and grow with us long-term.

What We're Looking For :

  • We’re hiring a full-time Lawn Care Technician who is dependable, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.

    • This is a W-2 position with performance-based pay, meaning the more efficient and high-quality your work, the more you can earn—$15 to $35 per hour We encourage applications from two-person teams (such as spouses, siblings, or housemates) who are able to work together reliably using one shared setup.   Job Requirements :

  • Must have at least a mower and a reliable way to transport it to and from job sites.

    • Reliable transportation Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a strong plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, consistent cuts Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers Flexibility with scheduling — we do not operate in poor weather conditions Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various temperatures What You’ll Be Doing :
