Enterprise Sales Director – Regional
Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the region in partnership with Sales Operations to define the Go-To-Market plan and assess the competitive landscape.
Engage proactively in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity generation to support and assist Field Sales Teams in closing deals.
Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to achieve high performance and excellence.
Define territories and quotas, communicating performance expectations and setting growth targets.
Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
Conduct and manage C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.
Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partner community, and executive team to build effective working relationships.
Retain and grow existing customer base with regular non-sales engagement to deliver excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong track record in new business sales, including presentation and negotiation skills at C-level.
Extensive experience recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strategic thinker with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas.
Proficient in AI integration within work processes, workflow automation, and AI-driven insights.
Accurate CRM reporting, quarterly forecasting, and opportunity inspection.
Expertise in sales operations and process optimization.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand IT drivers.
Capability to build long-term strategic relationships at senior level.
Adaptable to a rapidly changing and growing environment.
Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to grow revenue streams via partner ecosystem.
Compensation : Base salary $151,150–$249,400, variable / incentive compensation, equity (when applicable), and benefits including health plans, 401(k) with match, ESPP, and flexible time away.
