Technical Manager

Key Role :

Manage all aspects of product engineering activities, including hardware, software, automation, and IT. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications :

8+ years of experience with product or systems engineering or development

Experience integrating training systems across the live, virtual, or constructive training environments

Knowledge of Training and Education Command training systems enterprise

Ability to integrate multiple training systems to accomplish client training objectives

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Additional Qualifications :

Experience managing projects that require a significant amount of logistical support

Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process

Ability to manage projects across multiple geographic areas

Project Management Professional Certification

Graduate of the Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare College, Command and Staff College, or equivalent service level school

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
