Marketing Coordinator - Vintage ModernAbout the Role We're looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Vintage Modern—a brand recognized nationally for building some of the most iconic custom vehicles in the world. With a following in the millions and a client base that includes names like LeBron James, Kevin Hart, Mark Wahlberg, Jennifer Lopez, and Dave Portnoy, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company with massive visibility and demand.
You'll be working in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment where consistency and execution matter. This role combines campaign optimization, platform management, and high-touch marketing operations. Every day, you'll be optimizing campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring our marketing infrastructure runs smoothly across multiple channels.
This isn't a role for someone who needs constant oversight. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, stays disciplined, and thrives in a role where their performance directly impacts the team's success. You'll be expected to manage multiple marketing platforms, stay on top of optimization opportunities, and bring strategic ideas to the table.
A solid grasp of digital marketing platforms, attribution systems, and tools like AI and workflow automation will be necessary to keep up.

ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Optimization Monitor and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns daily
Implement advanced tracking and attribution through Google Tag Manager
Manage budget allocation and performance across multiple platforms
Conduct A / B testing of ad variations and landing pages
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
Troubleshoot tracking issues and work with developers to resolve technical problems
Platform & Technical Operations Oversee email marketing migration and automation setup in ActiveCampaign
Manage website inventory updates and backend system improvements
Coordinate with development team on attribution improvements and CRM integrations
Implement and monitor UTM parameter structures for campaign evaluation
Set up and maintain conversion tracking across all marketing channels
Handle API integrations to improve workflow and marketing automations
Content & Creative Strategy Repurpose high-performing organic content into paid advertising assets
Coordinate creative testing across platforms, especially on Meta
Manage content upload and distribution across multiple social media platforms
Work with video content including organizing and uploading to Google Drive and YouTube
Develop creative strategies for audience engagement and retention
Analytics & Reporting Submit daily reporting including :
Campaign performance metrics across all platforms
Optimization recommendations and implementations
Technical issues resolved or escalated
Budget performance and allocation adjustments
Top priorities for optimization and testing
Provide comprehensive cross-platform performance analysis
Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work directly with CRM teams to integrate marketing systems
Collaborate with sales team to ensure lead quality and attribution accuracy
Partner with development team on technical implementations and troubleshooting
Coordinate with content creators on asset development and optimization
Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Experience with Google Tag Manager and advanced tracking implementation
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Windsurf) for campaign optimization and automation
Experience with API integrations to improve marketing workflows and automations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns
Technical problem-solving abilities and comfort working with developers
Creative mindset with ability to optimize for performance across different platforms
Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting strategies based on data
Ability to work flexible hours with availability during Pacific Time
