Job Details

Qualifications Needed

  • Experience within the Biomass-to-Energy or Waste Incineration sectors
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience selling industrial capital equipment in a team-based environment
  • Strong background in air filtration, ventilation, combustion, or environmental control technologies
  • Proven success in value-based selling and technical sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-development abilities
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engage C-level contacts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel 50%+
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and grow an existing account base through strategic planning, upselling, renewals, and relationship expansion
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer objectives and market opportunities
  • Partner closely with application engineering to design solutions, develop proposals, and uncover new opportunities
  • Lead strategic business reviews with key customers to identify additional revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision makers
  • Identify and engage new contacts within customer organizations to broaden account penetration
  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with engineering and technical teams
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details in coordination with legal
  • Deliver accurate monthly order intake forecasts
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and documentation of pipeline, customer interactions, and forecasted revenue
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals within the defined territory
  • Travel 50%+ as required to customer sites and company headquarters
