About the company
We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Director to join an innovative, leading Animal Health / Agriculture Technology company in North Carolina.
The company is focused on changing the future of animal health through creating groundbreaking devices improving animal welfare.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will be leading a team of manufacturing, process and test engineers to meet operational requirements at both internal and external manufacturing locations.
This position also centers around driving and meeting sustainability initiatives and regulatory demands.
Key Responsibilities :
- and managing the manufacturing, engineering organization developing vision and strategy.
- and manufacturing expert (for engineers, technicians, process and validation)
- a manufacturing team, integrating new and existing products.
- complete manufacturing development and analyzing existing workflows, equipment placement.

Qualifications and Experience :
- degree or Masters degree in Engineering or related.
