Job Summary Bern’s Steak House is a World-Renowned Restaurant looking for a professional meat cutter to receive, trim, cut, monitor and responsibly store dry aged and fresh meats.
Will require use of a saw band, knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing equipment, shelves, coolers and work areas.
