Job Description

The Estimator's responsibilities include :

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate projections.
• Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for project needs.
• Maintain updated records of cost data for future reference and analysis.
• Assist in developing project timelines and budgets.
• Provide support during project negotiations and bid processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all estimates.
