Job Description
The Estimator's responsibilities include :
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate projections.
- Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for project needs.
- Maintain updated records of cost data for future reference and analysis.
- Assist in developing project timelines and budgets.
- Provide support during project negotiations and bid processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all estimates.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator should have :
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience in construction cost estimation or related field.Proficiency in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.What's on Offer
