About the Role : Role Summary :

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full sales cycle, encompassing the analysis of data and market trends, lead prospecting, account management, and client engagement. You will collaborate closely with an experienced sales team, product specialists, and cross-functional departments to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term client relationships. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the sales strategy, enhancing team performance, and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key Accountabilities :

Data Analysis & Sales Strategy Support :

Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide insights that drive the sales strategy and support revenue generation.

Lead Prospecting & Business Development :

Proactively prospect and generate leads, building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and ensure alignment in executing sales initiatives.

Sales Campaigns & Client Events :

Assist with planning, executing, and managing sales campaigns and client events to align with broader sales goals.

Project Assistance :

Support various projects as assigned, contributing to the business's overall success.

Person Specification :

Financial Services Sector Knowledge :

A good understanding of the financial services sector to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making.

Independent & Team Player :

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, balancing individual responsibilities with team success.

Multitasking in a High-pressure Environment :

Skilled at managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed.

Organizational & Communication Skills :

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
