Job Description :
- Contract Dates : Embrace a rewarding commitment from 08 / 12 / 2024 to 06 / 06 / 2025, contributing to the educational journey of our students.
- Specialized Caseload : Provide essential tactile interpretation or alternative communication methods, tailored to the unique needs of students who are Deaf / Blind, cognitively impaired, or facing multiple disabilities or severe language delays.
- Consistent Hours : Enjoy a balanced workload of 30 hours per week, ensuring focused and effective support.
Requirements :
Fluency in ASL : Demonstrate proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and Contact Variety, validated by Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) at level 3.
5 or above. Alternatively, hold RID NIC, CI, or CT Certification as an equivalent measure of expertise.
Educator License : Possess an ISBE Professional Educator License with Interpreter Approval, showcasing your dedication to professional standards.
