Job description
A company is looking for an Operations Solutions Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with specialists to gather and analyze business needs and technical requirements
Convert business requests into detailed user stories for technology teams and document them in JIRA
Oversee customer support initiatives and maintain effective business relationships with partners
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
Experience with Encompass LOS
Familiarity with JIRA is a plus
Knowledge of mortgage workflows and agency guidelines
Understanding of compliance and disclosure requirements
