A-Line staffing is hiring Pharmacy Technicians in the Tempe, AZ area

Pharmacy Technician Details :

Location : 100% onsite in Tempe, AZ in a closed-door specialty pharmacy setting
Schedule : Monday-Friday 6 : 00am – 2 : 30pm (occasional OT)

Pharmacy Technician Compensation

The pay for this position is $18.50-21.50 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities :

Enter new patient prescriptions and demographics accurately into the data processing system

Process prescription exceptions and resolve related issues efficiently

Communicate with physician offices and patients to obtain necessary information and ensure prescription accuracy

Provide pharmacist call-back and patient quality assurance support

Manage new patient and referral imaging folders, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and filed

Load insurance plans and coordinate benefits for new patients and referrals

Review and audit test claims to ensure claim accuracy and eligibility

Handle reorder processing and coordinate related email communications

Maintain organized image indexing, AE report filing, and other documentation

Offer primary support and expertise for specialized pharmacy programs such as ETT or Pharma initiatives

Perform responsibilities related to programs requiring special handling or support for specific disease states

Execute other registered or licensed responsibilities as required by state regulations or professional judgment

Pharmacy Technician Qualifications :

Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician in AZ (national certification is preferred)

1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficient in data entry and prescription processing systems
