Position Overview :
Wakefield is looking for a driven and results-focused Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be key in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue within the moving, storage, and logistics sectors. This position provides a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on Wakefield's ongoing success and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
- Effectively communicate Wakefield's value proposition and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
- Support RFP and bid processes by coordinating scope reviews, pricing input, and proposal development.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to close.
- Partner with operations and project management teams to ensure client expectations are accurately translated into project execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics, utilizing CRM to enable trackability and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
Qualifications :
5-7 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience managing complex projects, ideally within commercial relocation, facilities management, construction, or related fieldsStrong understanding of warehouse operations, relocation logistics, and client project lifecycles .Proven ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals while driving sustained revenue growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Bachelor's degree (preferred), ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.What we offer :
