Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities :
Work exclusively with qualified inbound leads, warm leads and requotes.
Sell auto, home, and bundled policies efficiently and with integrity. Create interest for life insurance policies / retirement planning and set appointments for our financial partner.
Drive strong household penetration and cross-sell performance
Focus 100% on sales, all service work is handled by a dedicated team
Compensation & Benefits :
Base salary equivalent to $21 / hour
Up to 15% commission on new business
Monthly performance bonuses
Requirements
What Were Looking For :
Currently or recently employed in P&C insurance sales
Proven production of 50+ items / month
Active 440 or 220 license required
Track record of professionalism, integrity, and consistent results
