Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Connect professionally with potential and existing commercial clients to comprehend their specific insurance needs.

Insurance Solutions : Develop and provide tailored insurance plans that align with the unique requirements of each client.

Policy Administration : Ensure accurate processing of policy documents, endorsements, and renewals in a timely manner.

Cross-selling : Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that enhance client security.

Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and retention.

Market Knowledge : Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements to keep clients informed.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to achieve agency sales targets and support overall business goals.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess an active Florida Property & Casualty License.

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service : Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering client relationships.

Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
