As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a key role in enhancing the sales floor experience by executing effective merchandising, pricing, and product recovery strategies, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Your in-depth knowledge of your assigned departments will enable you to uphold brand standards and provide a welcoming shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement store merchandising standards by adhering to merchandise and visual guidelines to create attractive product displays.
- Maintain optimal product levels on the sales floor through strategic remerchandising and replenishment based on sales performance and seasonal shifts.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising tasks in alignment with company guidelines and brand standards.
- Efficiently carry out pricing actions, including price changes, sign updates, and ticketing.
- Follow and enforce all product protection policies and standards to minimize loss.
- Assist in training associates on merchandising practices, product knowledge, and tools in accordance with Kohl's brand standards, as directed by store leadership.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to merchandise incoming products while focusing on enhancing the customer experience.

Required : Must be at least 18 years old, flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred : Experience in retail or the service industry.Essential Functions :
