Operations Team Leader II

Team Leader

Pay Range : $24.98 - $33.31

While reporting to an Operations Supervisor, the Team Leader is responsible for the performance (quality and quantity) and work assigned to a team within the operations department. Works closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure all department tasks are performed accurately and within established timeframes. Handle more complex tasks and escalated customer issues. Responsible for supervision of a team of 3 to 6 staff members.

Education and Experience :

• Associates Degree and / or equivalent business experience
• Four year degree in a business related field preferred
• Two years' experience related to the department's primary function(s) preferred
