Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of progressive operations management experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or elevator modernization industries.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations and diverse teams.
Strong understanding of P&L management, project management, and operational metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
